Check before you pay

Because orders are Cash on Delivery, please open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. Confirm the model, size, colour and that the shell and visor are undamaged before paying.

Exchange window

• Wrong item, wrong size or a manufacturing defect: free exchange within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, with all tags, foam liner, visor film and the original box.
• Helmets that have been worn on the road, scratched, or had stickers applied cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to request

Call or WhatsApp 01616-601552 with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We arrange pickup or ask you to send it to our Dhaka address.

Refunds

• If an exchange is not possible, we refund the product price via bKash / Nagad / bank transfer within 3–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the fault was ours.
• Return shipping is paid by us for wrong or defective items, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Non-returnable

Raincoats, visors, locks and other accessories are not returnable once the seal or packaging is opened, except for a manufacturing defect.
