We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through third-party courier partners.

Delivery charges

Charges are shown again on the checkout page before you place the order.

Order processing

Orders are confirmed by phone call before dispatch.
Orders placed on Friday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
You receive the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

Payment is collected in cash by the delivery person at the time of hand-over. Please keep the exact amount ready. You may inspect the parcel for correct model, size and colour before paying.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, or the phone number is unreachable, the parcel returns to us. Repeated COD refusals may limit future COD orders.
