Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only after our team reaches you by phone.
We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address is outside our service area.
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charge is added at checkout.

Payment

All orders on this website are Cash on Delivery. The full amount — product price plus delivery charge — is payable in cash when the parcel is delivered.

Warranty

Helmets carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects only. Damage from crashes, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

Safety notice

A helmet protects best when it fits correctly and is fastened. Replace any helmet that has taken a significant impact.
